- RETURNS POLICY -

Cook and Bathe are happy to take back stocked product if you have ordered too much, ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind if the following criteria is met:

• Return at you own expense.

• Return within 7 days of acquiring the product.

• Products received back in the original condition with packaging intact and unmarked.

All non-stocked products are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the following criteria needs to be met:

• Return at you own expense.

• Return within 7 days of acquiring the product.

• Products received back in the original condition with packaging intact and unmarked.

• Products that special ordered eg. Custom colours, custom configuration etc. are not returnable.

- PRODUCT DAMAGES POLICY -

Cook & Bathe must be notified of any damages to products within 48hrs of collection or delivery. Any damages reported after this period will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
